Introduction
Low creep high alumina brick is based on the “three stone” theory. Physicochemical indexes and granular composition are controlled. Bauxite + mullite + corundum are used as the technical scheme. In the production process, the raw material index is detected and controlled first. After crushing, crushing and sieving, mixing ingredients according to the proportion, controlling the size and moisture of the mud after mixing and grinding to meet the requirements of shaping, press shaping, using qualified moulds, controlling the number of hits, shape size and flying edges of shaping, and detecting semi-finished products and efficiency to meet the requirements.

Low creep high alumina bricks for blast furnace and hot blast stove are used for blast furnace tapping ditch. The castable system adopts ai2o3-sic-c series. It has the excellent characteristics of erosion resistance, scouring resistance and high thermal stability. It can be applied to the iron water line, slag line, swing nozzle, residual iron tank, top of main ditch cover, both sides of main ditch cover, iron ditch, slag ditch and other parts of blast furnace main ditch
