Self Flow Castable Introduction

Self Flow Castable is a refractory castable which belongs to the fourth generation of the latest product of unshaped refractory. It is a high-tech refractory product that can be cast into a dense and uniform structure without vibration, which is based on the solid fluid theory.

Self Flow Castable Characteristic

The self flow castable is made by adding composite ultra-fine powder, supplemented by composite high-efficiency admixture, and then strictly batching according to the principle of the closest packing. Therefore, the potential difference will be generated inside the material, and the molecules will repel each other. The self flow castable depends on its own weight to achieve the self flowing effect without vibration.
