Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick Introduction
Fused zirconia corundum brick is also called AZS brick. The English abbreviation of fused zirconia corundum brick is AZS, which is arranged according to the three chemical components in the phase diagram of al2o3-zr02-sio2 ternary system according to their content. Al2O3 takes a, Zr02 takes Z and SiO2 takes S. this abbreviation is adopted in national standards. For example, No. 33 fused cast zirconia corundum brick is abbreviated as AZS-33#, and No. 36 fused cast zirconia corundum brick is abbreviated as AZS-36#, No. 41 fused cast zirconium corundum brick, abbreviated as
Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick Specification
Fused zirconia corundum brick is a white solid formed by injecting pure aluminum oxide powder and zircon sand containing about 65% zirconia and 34% silica into the model for cooling after melting in the electric melting furnace. Its Lithofacies structure is composed of eutectoid and glass phase of corundum and zirconia clinopyrite. From the perspective of facies, it is eutectoid of corundum phase and zirconia clinopyrite phase, and the glass phase is filled between their crystals.
