Non-wetting aluminium castable is mainly composed of high aluminium clinker and added with alumina and silica ultrafine powder. By adding a new type of composite additive that is insoluble in aluminium, it has the characteristics of resistance to aluminium corrosion and penetration.

Non-wetting aluminium castable has good compactness and can prevent the penetration of liquid aluminum.
The function of the additive can form a reflective layer in the castable, prevent the aluminum liquid from adhering to the castable and damaging the structure of the castable, prevent the aluminum and alloy slag from entering the refractory castable, and reduce the reaction between the aluminum liquid and the refractory castable.
It not only purifies the quality of aluminum alloy, but also prolongs the service life of furnace lining.
